Along with all of our other models, the RUGGED SERIES uses OSRAM LED chips to ensure the highest quality, longest lasting LED available. The different lens options offer a unique driving experience which no other manufacturer can match. It’s all connected and enclosed by a rugged weather-resistant enclosure boasting an IP68 waterproof rating that can be mounted practically anywhere and will withstand whatever you throw at it. Perfect for A-Pillar mounting position to be used as ditch lights or wherever else you please. Our new RUGGED SERIES lights with our fog lens are SAE certified, insuring a quality and performance lighting product like no other.
TIR Optic Technology: The TIR (Total Internal Reflection) is an internal lens which captures almost 100% of light emitted from the LED chip thus transferring more light through the lens than your traditional lenses.
Thermal Management System: The RS3 lights make use of our industry leading Thermal Management System (TMS) which cleverly disperses heat generated from the high powered OSRAM LED chips through a unique circuit board and deep aluminium cooling fins on the lights housing.

Driving Lens: The beam has a spread of 60 degrees. It has more focus and aim than a traditional spot beam with it's clear rectangular beam pattern. If you need that extra light output boost look no further than the RS3 Driving Lens. The driving lens pattern is available in both yellow and standard clear lens options and is sure to keep you safer on the roads in the night and day!
Flood Lens: The beam provides a large flood pattern. The RS3 flood lens can be mounted practically anywhere, whether you're using it as an auxiliary light mounted on your bumper, A-Pillars or roof rack it creates an intense flood pattern that will light up the potholes on the road ahead or your camp site if mounted on your rack above. Our Rugged Series flood lens is guaranteed to give you far better visibility and keep you safer in any weather.
Amber Lens: White light hits dust, fog and water particles in the air and bounces back to impair your vision, amber lights longer wavelength penetrates through to remove the glare thus improving your visibility. Amber light essentially cuts through fog, dust and rain making it safer for you to be on the road.
